You’ll get a short onboarding questionnaire right after booking. Not just the boring stuff (brand assets, URLs, etc.) — but the good stuff: your goals, your voice, your ideal client’s weird little habits, the Pinterest board you don’t want anyone to see.
Don’t know what you want yet? No problem. We’ll walk through it together. The point is to get clear on how you want your brand to feel — and what it actually needs to do.

We’ll collaborate inside a shared Google Doc (no buried notes, no “where’s that file again?” panic) and a visual Brand Book that evolves as we go — starting with fonts, colors, and early copy to bring everything into focus.Two docs.
