SERVICES
Story-led, systems-driven brand strategy, web design, and creative media that help organizations and brands grow with clarity and ease.
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES & BUILD YOUR CUSTOM BRAND SYSTEM
Every organization or business needs different pieces to run smoothly. Some are starting fresh and need the full foundation, while others already have parts in place and just need to fill the gaps. That’s why I don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, I build custom brand systems made up of the services that will actually move you forward, whether that’s a full rebrand and website, or simply updated headshots.
Think of this page as a menu of building blocks. You can choose a single service, combine a few, or bring everything together into a complete system. The goal is the same no matter where you start: clear, intentional design and strategy that meets you where you are now, and where you want to go in the future. Each piece is designed to stand on its own while strengthening the whole.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER, at a glance.
BRAND STRATEGY
Often includes audience targeting, voice development, messaging, and brand direction if starting from scratch. If you’re in need of a brand refresh — color, typography, and logos — we’ll decide based on what’s actually useful for you where you are now, and were you want to go in the future.
-
It’s flexible. Projects can cover naming, messaging, logos, colors, typography, copywriting, positioning, and more depending on your stage and goals. We’ll work together to scope your project to what you actually need. See the breakout services below for what’s generally included in Brand Strategy work.
-
Yes, both! I support everything from brand-new launches to established organizations that need a refresh or tighter systems.
-
We’ll start with discovery and research to scope your project, move into strategy and creative development, and wrap with clear tools your team can use with hands-on guidance, training, and resource materials built-in.

BRAND VISUALS
-
Logos, color palettes, and typography systems designed to create recognition and consistency. Whether you’re starting out at ground-level or have a style you’re revamping, I can help shape your visual assets into a cohesive and practical brand kit your team can use across print, digital, and social. Need social templates? I can help with that too.
-
Rates usually start around $2K–$3K for a logo, color palette, and typography system with a practical brand kit. Larger identity projects that include multiple logo variations, collateral, or illustration elements often land closer to $4K–$7K+.
COPY & MESSAGING
-
Clear, consistent language for your brand — including positioning statements, taglines, and website copy. Establishes a recognizable voice and makes it easier to connect with your audience.
-
Copywriting projects range from $2K–$4K for brand voice and core messaging strategy. Website copy ranges from $350-$700 per page dependent on scope.
CONSULTING & RESEARCH
-
Discovery work that builds your foundation: naming, audience insights, market research, competitive positioning and offer clarification. Helps you define who you serve, what you offer, and how you stand out.
-
One-off workshops or naming explorations typically fall between $1.5K–$2.5K. Full brand strategy packages with research, audience insights, and positioning are usually $4K–$7K depending on depth.

WEB DESIGN & SEO
Websites are often the first place people meet your brand, and they should work as hard as you do. I design and build Squarespace sites that are clear, functional, and easy for teams to manage — no developer dependency or coding knowledge required. Alongside full builds, I also support organizations and businesses that need audits, guidance, or leadership through the website process. Whether you’re starting fresh or improving what you already have, the goal is the same: a site that works seamlessly for your audience and your team.
-
Yes — after designing and using WordPress for over a decade, I now specialize in Squarespace for its flexibility and ease of use for non-developers. Looking to migrate to Squarespace with your existing website? No worries! I can easily migrate your site to Squarespace.
-
Yes — all sites include SEO best practices like metadata, page structure, and content formatting. More advanced SEO research or strategy can be scoped as an add-on, with or without copywriting services as well.
-
Absolutely. Through audits and advisory, I can refine what you have, guide your team, or recommend what’s needed for your next phase. If you also need implementation, I can handle that as well.
-
Yes. While I build exclusively on Squarespace, I also work with organizations that use other platforms. In those cases, I act as a strategic partner — auditing existing sites, guiding your team through a redesign, or serving as a liaison with developers or third-party agencies. My role is to make sure your goals are translated clearly into the build, with attention to things like accessibility, usability, and long-term sustainability.

WEB DESIGN & BUILD
-
Custom site design and build, including site architecture, responsive layouts, and backend integrations (forms, booking, payments, CRM). Every build comes with on-page SEO best practices included, plus a handoff and walkthrough so your team can manage updates with ease. Need on-going support? Web maintenance packages are available. Pair this with a brand kit and copywriting for a full done-for-you site.
-
Most custom site builds land between $5K–$12K, depending on the number of pages, integrations, and other needs. Smaller refresh projects — updating layouts, restructuring content, or modernizing visuals — are usually in the $3K–$4K range. Timelines typically run 6–10 weeks from start to launch.
SEO AUDITS
-
A focused look at how your site is performing in search and where improvements can be made. Audits include a prioritized report of technical fixes, metadata updates, keyword opportunities, internal linking suggestions as well as recommendations for sourcing backlinks so your team knows exactly what to do next. Implementation can be scoped separately if needed.
-
SEO audits are scoped by site size and depth of analysis. Most projects fall between $500–$5K and take 2–3 weeks to complete.
WEB STRATEGY & ADVISORY
-
Support for organizations that need expert direction. This can look like a visual/content audit of your current site, fractional leadership to guide a team through a redesign, or advisory for an in-house build. You get clarity, strategy, and a trusted partner to help guide the process.
-
Advisory engagements are flexible. A one-time audit or strategy session may be scoped at $1.5K–$2.5K, while fractional leadership or ongoing support through a redesign typically starts around $2-5K/month. Projects can range from a few weeks of guidance to longer-term collaboration, depending on what your team needs.

SYSTEMS & WORKFLOWS
Most nonprofits, community orgs, or small businesses don’t just need a website or logo — they need infrastructure. I help you connect the dots behind the scenes: proposal templates, onboarding flows, digital file systems, invoicing tools, email sequences, automations, easy workflows for both you and your clients. Clean. Logical. Yours. Systems and workflows free up capacity, reduce stress, and keep things consistent for you, your staff, volunteers, and clients. The goal: easy-to-use, sustainable systems that let you focus more on your mission and less on admin.
-
I work with what makes sense for your organization or business — from Google Workspace to Airtable to industry-specific platforms. I’ll handle the research, outlining which tools will give you the best ROI with the least overhead possible as well as implementation if desired.
-
Yes — many projects are about simplifying or reorganizing existing systems so they actually work for your team. This could look like restructuring a messy Google Drive so staff and volunteers can actually find what they need, streamlining an intake form so data flows directly into your CRM, or consolidating three different tools into one clean workflow. Sometimes it’s as simple as rethinking folder names or approval steps; other times it’s re-mapping how donor, client, or financial information moves through your organization or business.
-
Absolutely. Clean systems aren’t just for big organizations — they save time and reduce stress at any scale. For a solo creative, this might mean automating client onboarding so you’re not chasing emails. For a small nonprofit, it could look like simple donation tracking that doesn’t require extra staff hours. The goal is to create workflows that fit your capacity now and can grow with you over time.
-
Systems projects vary widely depending on scope. Smaller clean-up or automation projects often start around $500–$3K. Larger engagements — like connecting multiple tools, redesigning client/donor flows, or building large org-wide systems — typically land between $4K–$10K.
CONSULTING
Not every nonprofit, small business, or digital publisher has the capacity to hire a full in-house team — but that doesn’t mean you have to figure it out alone. I provide clarity, strategy, and hands-on leadership where you need it most. Consulting projects are flexible: they can be one-time projects, ongoing retainers, or fractional leadership roles.
-
Consulting is often the right fit when you already have people or tools in place but need expert direction, clarity, or leadership to make everything work together. Think of it as a strategic account manager and project manager rolled into one.
-
Absolutely. I often serve as a liaison to keep teams aligned and ensure goals are met — especially around strategy, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.

FULL-STACK MARKETING
-
Fractional leadership or project-based support across messaging, content strategy, campaigns, and growth. For nonprofits and small businesses, this often means creating clarity in your marketing plan, ensuring campaigns align with your goals, or helping your team prioritize where limited resources will have the most impact.
-
Project scope and investment vary widely depending on scope. Every engagement is customized to fit your goals, capacity, and timeline. Please reach out or book a discovery call to talk through options and get a tailored proposal.
M&A FOR DIGITAL PUBLICATIONS
-
I advise food media founders, lifestyle publishers, and niche site owners as they prepare for or navigate the sale of their business. My work spans the full arc of the process: valuation basics (what buyers actually look at — traffic, SEO health, RPM, email list size, content diversity, brand positioning), exit planning 1–2 years in advance, and hands-on support during due diligence (financials, traffic proof, contracts, and more).
I bring direct experience from both sides of the table — selling my own publications to private investors and through a broker like Empire Flippers, and consulting on more than $5M in digital acquisitions. That dual perspective means I understand how to position a site for maximum value, what makes deals succeed (or fall apart), and how to manage the transition after a sale — from earn-outs to team handoffs to the unexpected realities of “life after exit.”
-
Compensation for M&A consulting in digital publishing is typically structured as a percentage of the final sale price. Exact percentages and terms depend on the size and complexity of the deal and are defined at the start of the engagement. For pre-sale consulting, please reach out for a custom proposal.
CREATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION
Visual storytelling is often the first way people experience your work. Photography, video, and design captures moments and shape how people understand your mission, your values, your offer and the impact you create. Creative media production ensures your visuals aren’t one-off assets but part of a larger eco-system that builds trust, sparks connection, and supports growth across every channel.
-
Most shoots are PNW-based, but I also offer select travel and remote-directed projects depending on scope. If you have a product, you can simply ship me the product and I’ll take it from there!
-
Creative media projects vary widely depending on scope, production needs, and deliverables. A half-day local shoot looks very different from a multi-day campaign, cookbook photography, or a set of custom animations. Every engagement is scoped individually to fit your goals, budget, and timeline. Please reach out or book a discovery call to talk through options and receive a tailored proposal.
