  • WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU SUPPORT?

    Squarespace, WordPress, Bloom.io, Wix, and Webflow. If you're on a different platform, reach out and we can discuss — most CMS platforms are manageable with the right access.


  • CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

    Yes, with 30 days notice. Upgrades take effect the following month. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal.

  • DO MY BANKED HOURS EXPIRE?

    Hours roll over month to month but reset at the end of each calendar year. Unused hours do not carry into the next year.


  • WHAT COUNTS AS A BANKED HOUR?

    Any work beyond your standard monthly QA and monitoring — content updates, copy edits, image swaps, adding new pages, troubleshooting, and similar tasks. I track time transparently and report it in your monthly summary.


  • DO I NEED TO HAVE HAD MY SITE BUILT BY YOU?

    No. I work with sites built by other designers and developers as well as my own builds. I'll do a brief site review before onboarding to confirm scope and flag anything unusual.


  • WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN MY PLAN INCLUDES?

    Additional hours are available at $150/hour. Larger projects — like a full redesign or a new campaign microsite — are scoped separately.


  • IS THERE A CONTRACT?

    Plans are annual commitments billed monthly. This allows me to properly schedule and prioritize your site within my client roster. If you need to cancel before your annual term is up, please reach out — I handle these conversations individually.
