( WEBSITE REDESIGN SERVICES )
Your Site Got You Here. It Might Not Get You to What's Next.
Businesses grow. Audiences shift. Google changes what it rewards. A website built three years ago was built for a different version of your business — and if it hasn't kept up, it is quietly costing you leads, credibility, and rankings every day. A website redesign is not just a new coat of paint. It is a strategic rebuild: new structure, better SEO, faster performance, and a site that actually reflects who you are and what you offer.
( WHY IT MATTERS )
The site you launched isn't the site you need today.

Most websites underperform not because they look bad, but because they were built without a strategy — no keyword research informing the structure, no clear conversion path for visitors, no plan for how the site would grow alongside the business.
The result is a site that gets traffic but doesn't convert, ranks for the wrong terms, or simply doesn't reflect the quality of what you actually do.
A redesign fixes the foundation. Not just the look.
( WHAT'S INCLUDED )
A redesign is a full strategic rebuild, not a theme swap.
Strategy
We audit your existing site, research the keywords your audience is actually searching, and align on what the new site needs to accomplish — before anything is designed.
Architecture
Every page, URL, and internal link planned with intention. Structure determines what Google understands about your site and how quickly visitors find what they need.
Design
Your brand, translated into a web experience that builds trust and moves people toward action. Clean, intentional, and built around your actual audience — not a template modified to fit.
Development
Fast, accessible, and built on the right platform for your goals. Clean no and low-code, responsive design across every device, and built to last.
SEO
Every URL change and page restructure handled with redirect mapping, canonical tags, and sitemap submission. Your existing rankings protected.
Launch
Cross-device testing, performance audit, Google Search Console submission, and a 30-day monitoring window after launch.
( CASE STUDY )
Transplant House: From outdated to donor-ready.
Transplant House provides housing and support for families traveling to Seattle for medical treatment. Their previous website reflected an older version of the organization — visually dated, difficult to navigate on mobile, and not structured to convert first-time visitors into donors.
The redesign clarified their mission immediately, built a donation pathway that worked under pressure during fundraising campaigns, and gave their team a site they could update and maintain without outside help for day-to-day content.

( WHAT IT COSTS )
Transparent ranges. No
surprises.
Website redesign costs vary significantly based on scope — the number of pages, whether content needs to be written, the platform, and the complexity of the SEO migration.
A realistic range for a small business or nonprofit redesign: $3,500–$15,000+.
What drives cost up: a large number of pages, e-commerce functionality, content creation, third-party integrations, and platform migrations that require rebuilding from scratch.
What keeps cost down: a clear scope defined before the project starts, existing brand assets, a focused service offering, and a client who can provide content.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a website redesign take?
For a small to mid-size site, 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch is realistic. Larger sites or projects requiring significant content creation take longer.
Will I lose my SEO rankings?
Not if the migration is handled correctly. Proper redirect mapping, pre- and post-launch crawls, and clean sitemap submission protect your existing rankings. Some temporary fluctuation in the weeks after launch is normal — significant lasting drops indicate a migration issue that needs to be investigated.
Do I need to switch platforms?
Not necessarily. If your current platform supports your goals, there may be no reason to move. If you are on a closed platform and anticipate needing more control over your SEO or content — or want to own your content outright — a platform migration built into the redesign is worth considering now rather than later.
What if I just need a few pages updated?
If your site structure is solid and you are happy with the platform, a targeted refresh may be the right move rather than a full redesign. A discovery conversation will tell you which one you actually need.
Do you work with sites you didn't build?
Yes! I work with sites built by other designers and developers as well as my own builds. I do a brief site review before any project to confirm scope and flag anything that needs attention.
